Maturation South African Brandy Casks, European Sherry Casks, Australian Tawny Casks, Colombian Rum Casks, Japanese Mizunara Oak Casks and Bourbon Casks.

Lost Irish is an adventurous Irish Whiskey made from six worlds in three styles to embody the wandering Irish spirit. This expression is a blend of pot still, malt and grain to create a complex but balanced flavour. Aged in casks from six continents including South African Brandy Casks, European Sherry Casks, Australian Tawny Casks, Colombian Rum Casks, Japanese Mizunara Oak Casks and Bourbon Casks from the US  to create a very worldly whiskey.

Nose Pineapple and apple, pear notes combine with a lovely sweetness to it. Hints of cherries and fresh clementines.

Palate Honey and vanilla sweetness. Oily, creamy, dark chocolate, bags of liquorice allsorts. Orange pith bitterness, and banana.

Finish Plum jam with rummy raisin notes. Pepperiness, warming spices and chilli prickle heat.
