The wooden mash tun at Dingle combines locally sourced malted and unmalted barley, resulting in a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey that showcases the craftsmanship, character, and community that make Dingle truly one-of-a-kind.

Dingle pot still tasting notes include rich dessert aromas like sticky toffee pudding and butterscotch on the nose, a palate featuring dark fruits, figs, and chocolate with notes of toasted nuts and creamy spice, and a lingering finish with hints of soft wood, leather, and peppery spice.
