Dingle Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is created with handpicked casks of Bourbon, Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, and Red Wine are meticulously blended to create a spirit that captures the essence of Dingle Distillery’s independence and individuality. The wooden mash tun at Dingle combines locally sourced malted and unmalted barley, resulting in a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey that showcases the craftsmanship, character, and community that make Dingle truly one-of-a-kind.

Dingle pot still tasting notes include rich dessert aromas like sticky toffee pudding and butterscotch on the nose, a palate featuring dark fruits, figs, and chocolate with notes of toasted nuts and creamy spice, and a lingering finish with hints of soft wood, leather, and peppery spice. Different releases vary, with some offering sherbet, salted caramel, and marzipan on the palate or notes of fresh hay and lemon drops.
