BOANN OLOROSO MASHBILL  60.6%

Crafted from Boann’s distinctive vintage mashbill of Malt 50% – unmalted 30% –  oats 20% –  wheat 0% –  Rye 0%, this whiskey is all about texture, depth and character.

Matured fully in an Oloroso Hogshead, the cask influence shines through with rich dried fruits, dark chocolate, toasted nuts and warming spice layered over a full-bodied, velvety mouthfeel. Bottled at natural cask strength, it is bold yet beautifully balanced, with complexity that continues to unfold in the glass.

THE CELT – IV  48%

The sixth edition of our flagship, The Celt, lands again as a triple distilled peated single malt, but this time, with a twist. Distilled back in 2016, we decided back then to use a barrel of a winery quite close to us to mature the whiskey: Anima Negra Mallorcan wine. It’s distinctive Mediterranean character and mineral salinity, alongside the French oak influence were, in our opinion, the perfect match for our peated whiskey.

Nose: Mild bonfire smoke, fresh peppercorns and mineral brine. Hints of earthy undertones and blackcurrant.

Palate: Smooth but with personality, with presence of iodine smoke, seaweed and dried leather. Hints of orchard fruits and lemon zests.

Finish: Medium, with pronounced peat intensity and touches of mineral lemon peels

Copeland 25.5 – 46%

Copeland 5-Year-Old Single Malt 25.1 is a small-batch Irish whiskey distilled, matured and bottled in Donaghadee. Made from a mash bill of 90% malted barley and 10% chocolate malt, this double-distilled release was matured in three first-fill bourbon casks and one quarter oloroso sherry cask, then finished in virgin American oak. Bottled at 46% ABV and limited to just 800 individually numbered bottles, it delivers layers of vanilla, toasted coconut, cocoa, and clove spice with a warm, medium-lasting finish.

Nose: Zesty orange marmalade, sweet dried apricots, creamy maltiness, and earthy vanilla pod.

Palate: Creamy vanilla, pancakes with maple syrup, floral honey, dried fruits, fresh cantaloupe, and lively citrus.

Finish: Chocolate-covered almond, vanilla shortbread, and a prolonged honey burst.
