This exceptional Pot Still is an example of Ireland’s once proud tradition of the use of Oats (30%), unmalted barley (40%) and remaining fill of malted barley (30%). Fully matured in a single oloroso hogshead. 252 bottles

Chapter 3.1 brings us into a new navigational direction into the exploration of Irish-peated single malts, maintaining the same exceptional standards for the finished Whiskey with a 14-month maturation in Cabernet Franc Ice Wine cask, resulting in a highly complex whiskey experience worth savoring. At only 5+ years old, this Whiskey drinks beyond its years and we hope it is a testimony to exceptional Irish peated malts.
