CLAN COLLA

A very fine Irish single grain from Ahascragh Distillers that has been aged in bourbon barrels before receiving a special additional maturation in Panamanian rum casks. Non-chill-filtered with no added colour.  Sweet but light on the palate with buttery, dried fruit, and baking spice flavours of nutmeg and cinnamon
