Inspired by the townland – Coillín Darach (small oak grove) on which the distillery is located we have introduced the Oak Cask Series – whiskey aged in Ex Bourbon barrels and finished using species specific virgin oak casks
Croithlí Quercus Alba – the “American White Oak”, is used almost exclusively by the American Bourbon industry, but is also used for a lot of white wine maturation.
Colour: Straw hue.
