This single batch whiskey has stayed true to Irish whiskey making traditions. Distilled with Malted Irish Barley, Un-malted Irish Barley & Irish Barra Oats. Un-malted barley imparts a silky mouthfeel when combined with Barra Oats creates an intriguing creaminess & spiciness to the finish that truly sets this Irish whiskey apart. Aged in Sherry Oloroso & Kentucky Bourbon casks. This single Batch ‘Single Pot Still’ Irish Whiskey is exceptionally smooth, creamy, spicy & a true delight for the senses.

Nose Rich and balanced with aromatic warm pot spice, vanilla and dried fruit aromas.

Palate Full and balanced mix of fig, spice, Oloroso sherry and toasted oak notes.

Finish Elegant with a wonderfully creamy mouthfeel. It lingers on the palate.
