Glendalough Calvados XO

Finished in XO Calvados casks from the grazed orchards of Normandy in France which have formerly stowed apple brandy for over 6 years. 

Nose:
Floral, with vanilla and orchard fruits up front.
Taste:
Butterscotch, toffee, stewed apple and pears present with notes of pepper and oak spices.
Finish:
Orchard fruits with a hint of spice in a long finish.
