For this release, the masters and apprentices at Midleton’s Method & Madness have finished Single Pot Still Irish whiskey in Japanese chestnut casks to create a whiskey alike no other. Sweet on the palate with flavours of liquorice, orange zest and cooling menthol and a lingering finish with notes of herbs, spices and roasted coffee
METHOD & MADNESS RYE & MALT
The latest release in the Method and Madness range, distilled at the micro-distillery in Midleton under Distiller Katherine Condon. The Method & Madness Rye and Malt is an innovative mash bill of 60% Rye to 40% Malted Barley. This whiskey is double distilled and bottled at 46%.

A limited edition release from the ever adventurous team at Method & Madness Method. This Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey has been initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, imparting flavours of “malt and biscuit”, before being finished in Mulberry cask, imparting delightful vanilla goodness.
