Each of the 75 bottles in this release has been hand-painted by Newry artist Frankie Bannon, making every piece a one-of-a-kind collector’s item – no two alike.

Two Stacks Berry’d Treasure    47.5%

A spirited adventure in flavour, Berry’d Treasure unearths a bold new frontier for Irish single malt. Crafted as a 50:50 vatting of two rare casks from the Great Northern Distillery, this limited edition bottling celebrates the art of reimagining tradition.

The journey begins with Cask TS0187, a Triple Distilled Single Malt laid down in February 2018 and later re-casked in August 2023 into vibrant Raspberry Brandy casks, bringing layers of red fruit, soft spice, and a juicy, candied finish.

Its counterpart, Cask TS0237, is a Double Distilled Single Malt from December 2018, re-casked in May 2024 into fresh Coconut Rum barrels — adding a luscious tropical warmth and creamy texture.

Together, they form a rich and layered expression that’s both playful and profound — an unmistakably Two Stacks take on modern Irish whiskey.

Dingle 10yo

Dingle 10 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey is aged in a blend of carefully chosen Bourbon, Port, and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. This ten-year-old expression showcases the rich layers of depth and complexity that result from a decade of maturation at Dingle Distillery. Influenced by Dingle’s distinctive microclimate, this whiskey reflects the craftsmanship, character, and community that make Dingle truly special.

Dingle Single Malt features tasting notes of lime zest, mint, and pear on the nose, with flavors of caramelized apple, raisins, and vanilla on the palate, and a finish of honey sweetness and mixed spice. This triple-distilled single malt is aged in a blend of first-fill bourbon and ex-Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, which contributes to its complex character

Green Spot 10 yo Anniversary Edition 46% 

Green Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey with a fruity, spicy profile, often featuring notes of green apples, pears, citrus, and pot still spices like white pepper. The palate is typically described as silky and balanced between fruit and spice, while the finish is lingering and oak-influenced. The whiskey matures in both American and French oak casks, contributing to its complex depth.

Nose

• Fruity: A medley of orchard fruits including green apples, pears, and citrus (lemon, mandarin).
• Spicy: Gentle notes of ginger, clove, and white pepper are present.
• Sweet: Hints of vanilla, honey, and caramel can be found.

Palate

• Fruity: Sweet and fresh fruit notes, especially apples and oranges.
• Spicy: The characteristic pot still spices, such as white pepper, emerge.
• Other: Notes of barley sugar, dried herbs, and creamy chocolate are also noted.
