  NOSE:The French wine seasoning imparts delicate hints of red berries in addition to orchard fruits, typical of Green Spot, with floral perfumed notes and honey layered over an intricate and complex wood character from the maturation in both American and French oak.

  TASTE:Rich silky texture with the pot still spices slowly building over time while he fruit character and soft tannins work in balance with some vanilla sweetness. The oak remains constant in the background adding depth and structure.

  FINISH: Lingering with the fruit and spices slowly fading, leaving the oak have the final say.
