Inspired by the smoky drams once enjoyed along Ireland's northwest coast, this distinctive blend has been finished in carefully selected Ribera del Duero wine casks. The result is a whiskey that balances Silkie's signature gentle peat smoke with layers of ripe red berries, orchard fruits, warming spice, and subtle oak.

On the nose, soft smoke mingles with red fruit, vanilla, and hints of toasted oak. The palate is rich and approachable, offering notes of dark berries, honeyed malt, gentle spice, and a touch of cocoa, all complemented by an elegant thread of peat. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering fruit sweetness, soft smoke, and warming spice.
